Music & Fireworks

About:

Wellington Waterfront Lagoon, the area will be beautifully lit finishing with a countdown and fireworks at midnight. Starts at 8pm with a kids countdown at 9.30pm. From 10pm Orchestra Wellington will take the stage. Expected crowds of 6,000 in late 20’s to older age range or family groups.

Event finishes at 5 minutes past midnight. Vendors closed by 20 past. Vendor’s will be allocated space initially in Odlins Plaza then along the waterfront.

As this is a public event no specific dietary requirements are listed, however please consider the most common when creating your menu. Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low Carb

All food vendors are now required to serve all items on Wellington Council approved bio-degradable or recyclable plates, containers & cutlery. Are you able to meet this requirement? A link to the information will be sent on submission of this form. *

What type of unit/tent or table do you trade from?

Internal generators if silent are allowed, external ones are not, you will need to request a power connection.

You trading unit is all that is included in your space booking and no other vehicles are allowed on the allocated space without permission.

You are required to carry $1 million public liability insurance, what value are you insured? Please attach certificate below.

Fees

Fee per day $250 + Electrical Connection + GST

Applications will be accepted on quality, variety and price basis.

Payment Terms

Payment received no less than 14 days prior to the event. If funds have not cleared into the events bank account 7 days prior then your space will be allocated to another vendor.

Extras

Electrical connection fees are a one off fee per connection not per days uses.

10 Amp Standard power point: $50.00 + Gst Per Connection
16 Amp Single Phase (Cee-form): $75.00 + Gst Per Connection
32 Amp Single Phase (Cee-form): $100.00 + Gst Per Connection
32 Amp Three Phase (PDL): $150.00 + Gst Per Connection

I/we the undersigned undertake to indemnify Chameleon Events to use the site. I/We understand that extra charges or refusal of entry may be made if factors other than those enclosed in this application are realized on site. All site measurements and placement of vendors is at the sole discretion of the Chameleon site manager and allocations are non-negotiable on arrival. I/We confirm that I/We have at least $1 million Public Liability insurance and that all policies are in date for this event. *
