About:

Once again Christmas is full of fun & joy around the whole city with 4 smaller events, still family focused free events.

The final location has the option for food trucks and other vendors. Saturday 13th December, Waitangi Park.

 

Usual fun Christmas activities, music, performance, comedy and lots of laughs.

As this is a public event no specific dietary requirements are listed, however please consider the most common when creating your menu. Vegetarian, Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Low Carb

Internal generators if silent are allowed, external ones are not, you will need to request a power connection.
You trading unit is all that is included in your space booking and no other vehicles are allowed on the allocated space without permission.

Fees

Fee per day $250 + Electrical Connection + Gst

Applications will be accepted on quality, variety and price basis.

Payment Terms

Payment received no less than 14 days prior to the event. If funds have not cleared into the events bank account 7 days prior then your space will be allocated to another vendor.

Extras

Electrical connection fees are a one off fee per connection not per days uses.

10 Amp Standard power point: $50.00 + Gst Per Connection
16 Amp Single Phase (Cee-form): $75.00 + Gst Per Connection
32 Amp Single Phase (Cee-form): $100.00 + Gst Per Connection
32 Amp Three Phase (PDL): $150.00 + Gst Per Connection

On Acceptance Of Your Application

We will contact you to either accept your application or discuss your information further. If accepted we will issue you an invoice.
